"Ken,
I have to apologize for wasting your time. My wife came home and said of course we keep the credit card statements.  She had the information in no time. I do want you to know I'm impressed with these tubular skylights.  I was very skeptical about how energy efficient they would be in northern Wisconsin. At -20 degrees and 30MPH winds this winter, I felt nothing coming in. I don't know how many you sell up this way but I'm available if you need an endorsement."
